Terms of Business

1. A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of booking. The full ballance of monies becomes payable two weeks prior to the wedding date.

2.Paul Barron Photography reserves the right to use any photo or digital image for promotional purposes if you do not wish for any photo or image to be used for promotional purpose please state in the comment box at the end of this form.

3.Should Paul Barron Photography have to cancel the agreement all deposits paid will be refunded to the customer.

4.All Images are as seen. any alterations i.e. digital enhancement. Marks on clothing background foregrounds etc. Will be charged accordingley.

5.Location of the Weddding Photography lies with the Bride & Groom as discussed two weeks prior to the wedding date. an alternative location in case of bad weather etc is the responsibility of the Bride & groom.

6.Paul Barron Photography cannot be held responsible for bad or poor weather conditions or unsuitable photographic locations in or out doors.

7. Copyright will be between Paul Barron Photography and the Bride & Groom.

8. After you have clicked on the I Agree Button. Please go to the Deposits & Payments Button to pay the deposit of £100.00 thank you. ( Unless you have prepaid )

9.Please contact Paul Barron Photography for a Pre Wedding Talk at least two weeks prior to your wedding date. The full Balance of Monies are also due at this time.

10.Paul Barron Photography shall only be liable under Professional Indemnity up to the maximum
of £75.000. Also under Public Liability to a maximum of £1,000,000. All claims must be maid through legal channels.
